S-Anon and S-Ateen are twelve-step programs for the recovery of the effects upon us of another person's sexual behavior.

Similar to Al-Anon, S-Anon members recognize that living with or having lived with a sexaholic is too much for most to handle. They are powerless over the effects of sexaholism, and their lives have become unmanageble. A spiritual program is required.

The literature approved by S-Anon is AA, Al-Anon and SA. S-Anon also has literature of their own, including a daily meditation book "Reflections of hope", "Twelve Steps of S-Anon" and "Working the S-Anon Program".
